Replacement is provided if, during the initial check, the account does not appear in search or the login details (login/password/email login/email password/2FA) are incorrect.
Replacement is possible only if the warranty period from the moment of purchase has not expired.
Replacement is provided in case the account is not working due to the supplier’s fault.
Accounts in which any data has been changed (password, email, phone number, or other parameters) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
A refund may be issued to the personal account balance if replacement of the account is not possible.
Login using 2FA:
The account format contains a generation key for 2FA.
Open the website https://2fa.uihtm.com/en/ and paste the 2FA key into the corresponding field. After that, the website will show a six-digit 2FA code that updates every 30 seconds.
Copy the current six-digit code and enter it when logging into the account if the system requests two-factor authentication.
